Urgent Hiring | Full-time | In-store Retail

Location: Indore Airport, Madhya Pradesh
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills and experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our premium jewellery retail team at Indore Airport. The role involves customer interaction, product presentation, sales conversion and maintaining a high-quality retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and understand their requirements.

• Present and recommend suitable jewellery products.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.

• Maintain excellent customer service.

• Ensure products and displays are well-presented.

• Handle billing and basic store operations.

• Support stock management and regular stock checks.

Requirements

• Freshers can apply; prior retail/sales experience is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or premium brands is a plus.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, presentable and customer-oriented.

• Strong interest in sales and achieving targets.

• Basic Hindi and English communication skills.

• Comfortable working rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
