JOB DESCRIPTION – CRM SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls and follow-ups.

• Explain company projects, plot details, pricing, and payment plans to customers.

• Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

• Coordinate site visits and meetings with customers.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM data.

• Build good customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Customer handling and follow-up skills.

• Experience in sales or real estate will be preferred.

• Ability to work with sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate preferred.

• Experience: 6Months to 1 years preferred.
