Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the Education Sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into enrollments, and building strong relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and institutional partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, meetings, and field visits
Counsel students/parents on educational programs, courses, and services
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and education partners
Conduct presentations, seminars, and product demos when required
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins professionally
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve conversions
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the education or service sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals
Target-driven and self-motivated personality
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to work flexible hours when required
