JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE (LOGISTICS)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Designation Options: Sales Executive – Logistics or Business Development Executive – Freight & Transport
Role Summary
Responsible for acquiring new logistics clients, pitching freight solutions, managing quotations, and ensuring customer satisfaction across transport, warehousing, and supply chain services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers for freight forwarding, LTL/FTL transport, warehousing, and 3PL services.
Present pricing, proposals, and customized logistics solutions to clients.
Manage accounts, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
Coordinate with operations, dispatch, transporters, and warehouse teams.
Monitor shipment movement and resolve customer issues or delays.
Achieve monthly sales targets in freight, transportation, and logistics services.
Maintain CRM entries, client lists, and pipeline tracker.
Required Skills
Knowledge of freight, logistics operations, and routing
Strong negotiation & persuasion
Experience in B2B logistics sales
Good communication skills
Client relationship management
Qualifications
Graduate (Any stream)
2–3 years in logistics sales (mandatory)
