We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, meeting potential customers, explaining our products/services, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new customer leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
Meet potential customers and explain company products/services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
Coordinate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
