Job Title: Education Field Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Education Field Executive to promote our educational programs, build relationships with schools/colleges, and drive student enrollments through on-ground activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools, colleges, and coaching centers to promote programs and services

• Generate leads and convert them into enrollments

• Conduct presentations, seminars, and career guidance sessions for students

• Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions and key stakeholders

• Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and follow-ups

• Participate in education fairs, events, and promotional campaigns

• Track daily activities and report performance to the management

• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any field; education/marketing preferred)

• 1–3 years of field sales/education counseling experience

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Willingness to travel extensively

• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience in EdTech or academic counseling

• Local language proficiency

• Networking and relationship-building skills
