Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated IT Sales Executive to join our team in a field sales capacity in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, pitching IT solutions, and closing enterprise deals.
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospects within your assigned territory. You will represent Techhansa’s full suite of IT services and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored technology solutions that solve real business problems.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region
Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and client presentations across industries
Represent Techhansa at networking events, conferences, and partner meetings
Maintain a consistent schedule of field visits, prospecting, and client engagement activities
Consultative Selling & Solution Fit
Understand client requirements through discovery meetings and consultations
Propose customized IT solutions including cloud services, managed services, AI/ML, and IT infrastructure
Work with presales and delivery teams to develop proposals, POCs, and technical documentation
Deal Closure & Client Management
Manage the complete sales cycle – lead qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement teams)
Drive account growth through upselling, renewals, and client satisfaction
Reporting & CRM
Update reporting personnel with field activity, meetings, opportunities, and pipeline status
Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales progress and territory development
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Required Qualifications
BSc or BCA graduate
2–10 years of experience in IT sales
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT solutions such as cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, AI/ML, and IT infrastructure
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
