The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, visiting potential customers, giving product demos, explaining Buzbills features, closing sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in software sales, SaaS sales, POS sales, restaurant/hotel industry sales, or B2B field sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers such as restaurants, cafes, hotels, cloud kitchens, food businesses, retail shops, and service-based businesses.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, online research, social media, and local business networks.
Explain Buzbill SaaS features, benefits, pricing, and value proposition to business owners and decision-makers.
Schedule and conduct product demos for prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest the right Buzbill plan or solution.
Follow up with leads regularly and move them through the sales pipeline.
Negotiate and close sales while maintaining company pricing and sales policies.
Onboard new customers and coordinate with the support/implementation team for smooth setup.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, demos, follow-ups, and closures.
Build strong relationships with customers for renewals, referrals, upselling, and long-term retention.
Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements to help improve the product and sales strategy.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, software, POS, billing software, restaurant technology, fintech, payment solutions, or B2B field sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain software products in a simple and convincing way.
Good understanding of customer needs and business pain points.
Experience in lead generation, cold calling, field visits, product demos, and closing deals.
Strong follow-up discipline and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with targets and performance-based goals.
Basic knowledge of POS systems, billing software, restaurant operations, or SaaS products will be preferred.
Must be self-motivated, confident, professional, and result-oriented.
Basic computer and mobile app usage knowledge is required.
Local language knowledge will be an added advantage.
