Job వివరణ

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, visiting potential customers, giving product demos, explaining Buzbills features, closing sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in software sales, SaaS sales, POS sales, restaurant/hotel industry sales, or B2B field sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers such as restaurants, cafes, hotels, cloud kitchens, food businesses, retail shops, and service-based businesses.

  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, online research, social media, and local business networks.

  • Explain Buzbill SaaS features, benefits, pricing, and value proposition to business owners and decision-makers.

  • Schedule and conduct product demos for prospective customers.

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest the right Buzbill plan or solution.

  • Follow up with leads regularly and move them through the sales pipeline.

  • Negotiate and close sales while maintaining company pricing and sales policies.

  • Onboard new customers and coordinate with the support/implementation team for smooth setup.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, demos, follow-ups, and closures.

  • Build strong relationships with customers for renewals, referrals, upselling, and long-term retention.

  • Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements to help improve the product and sales strategy.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, software, POS, billing software, restaurant technology, fintech, payment solutions, or B2B field sales.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to explain software products in a simple and convincing way.

  • Good understanding of customer needs and business pain points.

  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, field visits, product demos, and closing deals.

  • Strong follow-up discipline and negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable working with targets and performance-based goals.

  • Basic knowledge of POS systems, billing software, restaurant operations, or SaaS products will be preferred.

  • Must be self-motivated, confident, professional, and result-oriented.

  • Basic computer and mobile app usage knowledge is required.

  • Local language knowledge will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

  • Restaurant POS sales

  • Billing software sales

  • SaaS product sales

  • Payment gateway / QR payment / fintech sales

  • Restaurant, hotel, or retail industry sales

  • Field sales for B2B software products

  • ERP, CRM, accounting software, or inventory software sales

The candidate should be comfortable meeting business owners, handling objections, giving demos, following up consistently, and closing deals independently.

  • POS billing

  • Restaurant order management

  • KOT management

  • Table management

  • Inventory management

  • Customer management

  • Reports and analytics

  • Staff/user management

  • Online ordering / QR ordering features

  • Loyalty, offers, and add-ons

  • Multi-branch support

  • Cloud-based business access
