Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to generate business opportunities, engage with prospective customers, and support the company's sales growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, experience in lead generation and customer interaction, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to identify and generate new business opportunities.
Prospect and qualify potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Identify key decision-makers and establish initial contact.
Schedule appointments and meetings for sales discussions and presentations.
Promote company products and services to prospective clients.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate information regarding products and services.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Support email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer responses and proposal submissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
Prepare sales reports and update management on business development activities.
Skill Sets:
experience in sales coordination, telecalling, customer service, or business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and customer interactions.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM tools.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
