Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Sales Executive to support our home loan consulting business. The role involves generating leads, calling prospective customers, meeting them in person, explaining home loan products, assisting with documentation, and supporting the closure of loan cases in coordination with the Home Loan Consultant and banks.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective home loan customers and explain loan offerings.
Schedule and conduct meetings with customers to understand their requirements.
Assist customers with the home loan application process, including document collection and verification.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for login, sanction, and disbursement processes.
Follow up with customers and banks for pending documents and queries.
Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, applications, and status updates.
Support the Home Loan Consultant in closing loan cases efficiently.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents to banks.
