About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our solar team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining solar solutions, and converting enquiries into successful installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, calls and local marketing.

• Visit residential and commercial customers and understand their electricity requirements.

• Explain rooftop solar systems, PM Surya Ghar Yojana, subsidy and financing options to customers.

• Prepare and share quotations with customers.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.

• Coordinate with the technical and installation team for site surveys and project execution.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain customer and lead records.

• Build good relationships with customers and generate referrals.

Requirements

• 12th pass / Graduate / MBA / BBA or equivalent.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is preferred.

• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Prior experience in solar, electrical, real estate, finance or field sales will be an advantage.
