About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient interactions, understanding medical requirements, and driving conversions through a consultative and patient-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective patients and convert inquiries into bookings
Act as the main point of contact for patients throughout their journey
Understand patient concerns and suggest suitable treatments/services
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with patients
Explain procedures, timelines, and expected outcomes clearly
Handle patient questions and concerns professionally
Maintain regular communication before and after the service

Candidate Requirements

2 to 4 years of experience in a sales-focused role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality
Experience handling customer queries and converting leads
Comfortable working under pressure with performance-based incentives
