   🔍 Position: Sales Executive ( Real Estate)
   
   📍 Location: Baner, Pune
   🧑‍💼 Experience: 1–3 years (Sales/ Direct Sales/ Real estate sales)
   💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
   
   💡 Job Responsibilities:
   
   1. Manage End to end sales process from lead genaration to closing deals and grow a portfolio of real estate investment clients
   2. Advise clients on premium property investment opportunities
   3. Conduct market research and identify high-potential projects
   4. Build long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI clients
   5. Meet revenue and acquisition targets

   1. Strong communication & negotiation skills
   2. Knowledge of investment/real estate/wealth markets
   3. Client handling & advisory experience
