Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive for a 100% chat-based international process. In this role, you will interact with global clients through chat platforms, understand their requirements, promote our services, and convert leads into sales while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

> Handle conversations with international clients via Facebook and other chat platforms

> Explain company services in a professional and engaging way

> Generate leads and convert them into successful sales

> Follow up with potential clients to close deals

> Resolve customer queries and provide support

> Coordinate with the sales and marketing team when required

Required Skills:

> Excellent written English communication

> Strong convincing and negotiation skills

> Ability to handle international clients confidently

> Basic knowledge of computers and social media

> Positive, customer-focused attitude

Eligibility Criteria:

> Excellent written English is mandatory

> Experience in sales or chat support is a plus (freshers with good skills can apply)

> Must have a laptop/desktop system

> Comfortable working in a 100% chat process (no calling involved)
