Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations (online or onsite) for prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with clients until deal closure.
• Negotiate commercial terms and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain sales pipeline data, reports, and CRM updates regularly.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights for product or process improvements.
