Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and other sources.

• Understand clients' property requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial properties.

• Conduct property visits and explain project details, specifications, pricing, and payment plans to clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and update lead status.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and closing procedures.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of the Delhi-NCR/Gurgaon real estate market will be preferred.

Salary:

Salary + Attractive Incentives based on performance.
