Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.

• Meet prospective B2B customers across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, engineering, and industrial sectors.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial filtration solutions.

• Conduct product presentations and provide technical support to customers (comprehensive product training will be provided).

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups via phone, email, WhatsApp, and client visits.

• Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for quotations, order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and visit reports.

• Achieve monthly sales targets while contributing to the company's overall business growth.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Strong interest in B2B sales, business development, and client relationship management.

• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and business development activities.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and WhatsApp Business.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn technical products.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
