Position: Female Sales Executive – BnB / Short-Stay Business

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Female Sales Executive to join our BnB/short-stay business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling enquiries, converting bookings, and building strong relationships with clients and corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.

Handle customer enquiries and explain property features, pricing, and offers.

Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.

Develop relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other partners.

Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.

Maintain records of leads, bookings, and sales activities.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Requirements:

Female candidates with good communication and convincing skills.

Sales, hospitality, real estate, BnB, or hotel experience preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications.

Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
