Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend walk-in customers professionally

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable bikes/scooters

• Explain vehicle features, finance options, exchange offers, and accessories

• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and basic product demonstrations

• Follow up with leads and customer inquiries through calls and WhatsApp

• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management

• Maintain customer database and daily reporting

• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams

• Support showroom activities, events, and promotional campaigns

• Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals

Requirements

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Passion for sales and customer interaction

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Basic mobile and computer knowledge

• Must be energetic, disciplined, and team-oriented

• Local candidates preferred
