We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our prestigious jewellery showrooms. If you have a passion for fine jewellery and a strong flair for customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Requirements:

•  Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery sales in a reputed organization

•  Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Degree in any discipline

•  Diploma in Gem & Jewellery & Certificate in Jewellery Retail Sales is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional approach

• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces

• Showcase and explain product features, pricing, and benefits in detail.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of all product lines including diamonds, gold, platinum, silver, gemstones, and custom designs.

• Stay updated on trends, new arrivals, and jewellery craftsmanship

• Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets

• Ensure proper display and care of jewellery items.

• Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery based on occasion, taste, and budget.

• Offer suggestions and upsell/cross-sell jewellery items as appropriate.

• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Handle objections and negotiate to close sales professionally.

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counters and showcases.

• Provide excellent after-sales service including follow-up on custom orders, repairs, or deliveries.

• Handle customer complaints with empathy and ensure prompt resolution.

• Educate customers about product care and warranty terms.

• Arrange and display jewellery attractively to promote sales.

• Ensure safety and proper handling of all jewellery items.

• Conduct daily opening/closing stock checks and reconcile inventory

• Work collaboratively with store managers, fellow sales staff, and support staff.

• Share feedback with management regarding customer preferences, stock movement, and trends.

• Adhere to company policies and ethical standards at all times.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding customer data and store operations.

• Follow security protocols to prevent theft or loss.
