Convert leads into loyal customers.Develop strategies for lead generation.Product Knowledge and Presentation: Master the features and benefits of our decorative glass products.
Present products to customers in an engaging and informative manner.Customize presentations based on customer needs.Sales Process Efficiency: Follow a structured sales process from lead to closure.
Manage the sales pipeline efficiently.Monitor and analyse sales metrics.Negotiation Skills: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers.
Balance customer requirements with business goals.Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.Identify opportunities and threats in the market.Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members (designers, installers, customer service) for seamless customer experiences.
Share insights to improve overall showroom performance.Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Prepare regular reports for management.Qualifications:
