Sales Executive

Job brief:  

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive – Floor Sales to engage & win incoming customers at the showroom. You will understand customer’s requirement and show furniture and provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. 

The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable revenue growth & profitability.  

Responsibilities: 

• Welcome customer, understand their requirements and show the appropriate product which meet best to their needs 

• Manage customer service activities to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and low level of customer complaints 

• Following up with clients and close the deal 

• Making sure the store runs smoothly 

• Plan and implement store product and floor plan to ensure good appearance and ambience for customers.  

• Optimize showroom stock to ensure all fast moving and new products are on display, based on showroom demand pattern 

• Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customers. 

• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. 

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. 

• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. 

• Report to the  Sr. Sales Manager on Daily/weekly/monthly basis.  

• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing. 

Requirements:  

• Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Executive, Field Sales Executive or similar role. 

• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques. 

• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. 

• Ability to use technology effectively + Ability to use apps / tools. 

• Experience with CRM software, Familiarity with MS Office, E-Mails, Internet Surfing & Whats App. 

• Excellent negotiation skills. 

• Great command of communication & writing. (English & Hindi/Guajarati) 

• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. 

• High energy, cheerful person + Ability to smile always despite the situation / time. 

• Empathy for people and situations; highly approachable person. 

• Willingness to learn rapidly + Ability to consistently make things better. 

• Post Graduation/Graduation. 

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
