JOB OPENING: Sales Executive
Product: Stadium & Bleacher Seating Solutions
Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Work Days: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month + performance incentives
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert inquiries for stadium/bleacher chairs
- Meet clients: schools, colleges, sports clubs, contractors, architects
- Conduct product presentations and site visits to explain seating options
- Travel for marketing within Maharashtra and out-of-state as required — approx 4–6 days/month
- Prepare quotations, follow up on payments, maintain client records
- Coordinate with logistics team for delivery & installation timelines
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report to management
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in sales, B2B or institutional sales preferred
- Language: Must be fluent in English. Hindi/Marathi is a plus
- Travel: Willing to travel for client meetings, site surveys, exhibitions
- Skills: Good communication, negotiation, basic MS Excel for reports
- Education: HSC minimum, Graduate preferred
- Other: Two-wheeler preferred. Should be presentable and comfortable with field work
