Technical Skills : rkfms is looking for Software Sales Executives who can work for merchandising, distribution and selling of various types of software and bring more sales to the company. The candidate should be able to seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media, able to generate leads, responsible for selling IT services and acquisition/ retention of clients, Software presentation/demonstration.

Responsibilities and Duties
Primary responsibilities :
Will be responsible for interacting with potential clients to provide end to end online/offline solutions. Will be responsible for sales and acquisition/ retention of clients in the assigned territory
Responsible for generating the leads by direct sales.
Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer software offered by the company.
Takes orders over the phone and in person.
Negotiate price for the sale.
Travel to areas where needs are projected.
Responsible for selling IT services into Web
Will have to achieve target and develop new business opportunities by selling company's online/offline solutions.
Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties.
Demonstrate product features before a sale.
Help customers maximize the use of software features.
Advise on appropriate user training.
Following complete sales cycle and ensuring payment collection and post sales servicing clients.
Sales management - To drive both volume and value.
Will be responsible for providing software training and dedicated support to clients.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge, Job Skills, Abilities:
To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and with the specified persons and be able to tailor pitch the product according to their specifications.
Understanding and assessing client requirements, sharing proposal and presentation with clients and customizing
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Organizing sales visits
Demonstrating and presenting software
Establishing new business
Maintaining accurate records
Reviewing sales performance
Negotiating contracts and packages
Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship
Education: B.Sc/M.Sc (IT), BCA, BBA, MBA with fluency in English preferred.
Preferred:
Manage complex sales solutions and acquire new clients.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
