Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Optical Sales Executive to join our optical store. The candidate will assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, frames, lenses, and sunglasses while ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their vision care and eyewear needs.

Assist customers in selecting suitable frames, lenses, sunglasses, and contact lenses.

Explain product features, lens types, coatings, and pricing.

Maintain proper display and cleanliness of frames and optical products.

Handle billing, sales transactions, and order processing.

Coordinate with the optometrist for prescription details if required.

Ensure timely delivery and fitting of spectacles.

Achieve monthly sales targets and promote store offers.

Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat purchases.

Handle basic customer queries and after-sales service.

Required Skills

Good communication and customer handling skills

Basic knowledge of eyewear products (frames, lenses) preferred

Sales and persuasion skills

Basic computer knowledge for billing software

Neat and professional appearance

Qualifications

Certification in Optometry or Optical Retail is an advantage
