- Develop and execute sales strategies
- drive revenue by securing new business, managing key client relationships, and mentoring junior team members.
- meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and delivering tailored product solutions.
- ensure high-quality service and accuracy in CRM data.
- maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- prepare, analyze, and summarize sales reports (pipelines, forecasts, conversion rates) for management.
Skills required:
- good at networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
- strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- ability to influence decisions and handle objections.
- skilled in using CRM tools and sales software.
Required Experience
- 6 months to 2 years
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
