Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in promoting Retail Motor and Health Insurance products.

• Help in calling clients for quotations and collecting required details for policy issuance.

• Attend inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and provide product information.

• Support in client management by maintaining relationships and ensuring proper follow-ups.

• Maintain and update customer data in CRM/software.

• Assist in preparing quotations and coordinating policy documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and renewals.

• Provide basic support to clients regarding policy details and documentation.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office

• Interest in sales and insurance industry

• Ability to handle calls and interact with clients confidently

• Team player with a proactive attitude
