🔹 Convert branch leads into Gold Loan business
🔹 Achieve monthly sales & sourcing targets
🔹 Acquire New-to-Bank customers
🔹 Conduct area mapping & identify business opportunities
🔹 Maintain daily sales reports & lead records
🔹 Coordinate with branch teams for smooth customer onboarding
🔹 Explain loan schemes, interest servicing & renewal processes
