Position: Sales Associate (Male)

Eligibility

• Any Graduate

• Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate (Villa Projects preferred)

• Immediate Joiners Preferred

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Telugu and English

• Hindi communication will be an added advantage

• Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude

• Comfortable with frequent travelling and site visits

• Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and generate sales opportunities

• Explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits to customers

• Schedule and conduct site visits

• Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships

• Coordinate with the CRM and marketing teams for lead management

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
