💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

### 📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and handle prospective customers.
• Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Coordinate and conduct •property/site visits••.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Convert leads into successful bookings/sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups.
### 🎯 Candidate Requirements:
• Freshers and candidates with relevant real estate sales experience can apply.
Must be •comfortable with property/site visits••.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Presentable personality with professional grooming.
• Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of Noida/Greater Noida real estate will be an advantage.
