Sales Executive

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Life Sciences, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or a related field.

·       MBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or Business Development preferred.

Experience

·       Minimum 2–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, hospital marketing, rehabilitation services, medical devices, healthcare business development, or patient relations.

·       Experience working with hospitals, neurologists, rehabilitation centers, or healthcare referral networks preferred.

·       Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·       Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

·       Understanding of healthcare services and rehabilitation programs.

·       Ability to develop and manage referral networks.

·       Monthly and annual patient admission targets.

·       Number of active referral partners and referral growth.

·       Revenue generation and business development performance.

·       Conversion rate from inquiries to admissions.

·       Customer and referral partner satisfaction levels.

·       Number of outreach programs, physician visits, and networking activities completed.

·       Retention and engagement of referral sources.

Working Conditions

·       Office-based with frequent field visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.

·       Participation in community events, conferences, and outreach programs.

Travel within assigned territories may be required.
