- •Qualification:• HSC/ Graduate
- •Salary:• ₹25,000 - ₹28,000 per month (take-home)
- •Experience:• 6 months as a Team Leader in sales process (IDFC First Bank experience preferred)
- •Joining:• Immediate
•Requirements:•
- HSC or Graduate degree
- 6 months of experience as a Team Leader in sales
- Experience in IDFC First Bank is preferred
- Strong sales and leadership skills
- Ability to lead a team and achieve targets
•Responsibilities:•
- Lead a team of sales professionals
- Achieve sales targets and expand business
- Manage team performance and provide coaching
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
