Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as an Associate / Business Consultant. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn about business operations, client handling, and strategic problem-solving. You will work closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, support decision-making, and help deliver effective solutions. This position offers hands-on training, mentorship, and excellent growth opportunities in a professional consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Communicate company services clearly to customers and leads

• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate call records

• Update customer details and call status in the CRM system

• Respond to customer queries and escalate when required

• Support sales and operations teams in daily calling activities

Eligibility Criteria

·         Freshers are welcome to apply

·         Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali

·         Smart, Confident, presentable, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude

·         Basic computer knowledge with willingness to learn CRM tools and business software

·         Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment

·         Eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in business consulting

Internship Details & Benefits
