About the Role
Panache Solutions is hiring on behalf of one of its clients in the banking sector . This role focuses on customer acquisition, CASA growth, and achieving sales targets through field activities and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
1) Key Deliverables
Meet the number of accounts, productivity, and CASA targets
Achieve FD numbers and value targets
Ensure at least one FD in every NCA account within 60 days of account opening
Understand customer needs and ensure no mis-selling
Ensure zero rejections
Meet the fee income targets for the assigned catchment
Adhere to bank policies and guidelines such as KYC & AML
2) Key Tasks
Conduct catchment mapping to identify potential customers as per bank profile
Plan and execute activities and lead generation campaigns
Fulfil leads generated from branch activities (as applicable)
Build and maintain relationships with new clients for value enhancement
3) Key Daily Activities
Update Daily Sales Report (DSR) regularly
Conduct planned activities in coordination with BSM/BM
Stay updated on product features, FD rates, and offerings
Track competitor activities and identify business opportunities and threats
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline
1–2 years of relevant sales experience
