Role & Responsibilities:

Meet customers in the field and generate tractor sales.
Conduct lead generation activities through cold calling and referrals.
Explain tractor features, benefits, and finance schemes to customers.
Build and maintain relationships with farmers, rural customers, and local dealers.
Coordinate with the internal team for delivery, documentation, and after-sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
