We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive with strong experience in the women's ethnic wear industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent convincing and negotiation skills, in-depth knowledge of kurti fabrics and designs, and the ability to build long-term relationships with wholesalers and retailers across India.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B business from wholesalers, distributors, and retailers across India.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Present and promote RK Studio's latest kurti collections.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Follow up on payments and maintain customer records.
Stay updated with the latest trends in women's ethnic and party wear.
Required Skills
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of women's ethnic wear, especially kurtis.
Thorough understanding of fabrics such as Rayon, Cotton, Muslin, Chinon, Georgette, Roman Silk, Viscose, Crepe, Chanderi, Organza, and other commonly used garment materials.
Good knowledge of kurti styles, patterns, embroidery techniques, prints, sizing, and current fashion trends.
Ability to understand customer preferences and provide suitable product recommendations.
Strong relationship-building and customer handling skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Eligibility
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B garment sales.
Prior experience in Women's Ethnic Wear or Party Wear Kurti sales is mandatory.
Existing network of wholesalers and retailers will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp Business.
Willingness to travel as required.
