Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our electrical equipment manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales of electrical products and a strong understanding of the secondary market (dealer/distributor/retail network). Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Generate sales through the secondary market and achieve monthly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit regular updates to management.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales of electrical products/electrical equipment.
Experience in handling the secondary sales market is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).
Qualification
Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
Candidates from an electrical products/electrical equipment sales background will only be considered.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
Performance-based incentives (if applicable).
Travel allowance/reimbursement as per company policy.
Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
