Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram   for a Business Development Executive – Real Estate (Healthcare). In this role, responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and managing client accounts, and fostering strong professional relationships. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to drive revenue growth and expand the organization’s real estate ventures within the healthcare sector.

Qualifications

Strong skills in New Business Development and identifying market opportunities.

Prior experience in Real Estate is a plus.

Budget: no Budget constraint for Good candidates. (50 k+)

Proven expertise in Lead Generation and developing successful sales strategies

Demonstrated experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration

Background in the business or real estate sector, with knowledge of healthcare real estate being an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
