We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Pushpa Prakash Films. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads and connect with business owners.

- Promote and sell podcast feature packages.

- Explain services and benefits to potential clients.

- Handle negotiations and client objections.

- Follow up with leads and close sales.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of B2B or Corporate Sales experience.

- Excellent Hindi and English communication.

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

- Ability to close high-value deals.

- Confident and target-oriented.
