Job Overview

Location: Patna, Bihar

Role: Full-time (Field Sales & Site Management)

Key Focus: Lead conversion, site visits, and client relationship management.

Core Responsibilities

Sales & Conversion: Manage inquiries, handle walk-ins, and follow up on leads to close deals.

Site Management: Lead property visits and provide detailed project insights to prospective buyers.

Field Operations: Manage on-ground logistics and client movement across project locations.

Relationship Building: Build long-term trust with clients and coordinate documentation for final closures.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Minimum 1 years of sales experience.

Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.

Skills: Fluent in Hindi with functional English; confident and highly presentable.

Attributes: Self-motivated with a strong passion for the real estate sector.
