Job Title: Female Sales Executive - Two-Wheeler

Job Description: We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at M4 Motors. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹12,000 - ₹22,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new client opportunities in the market.

• Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.

• Promote product and service offerings that align with customer needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

• Greet customers and showcase bikes in showroom, Explain bike features, mileage, finance & EMI options.

• Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.

Requirements: Good Sales Skills - Confident communication & customer handling. Two Wheeler Knowledge - Basic knowledge of bike models, features, mileage & Convincing Ability.

Presentable & Positive Attitude - Friendly behavior in showroom

Salary Benefits: Basic Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 + Attractive Incentives.

Note: No strict monthly target. But we expect target-oriented work. Better performance = Better incentives.

Preference will be given to candidates who have already worked with TVS, Honda, Bajaj or any two-wheeler company. Extra salary + extra incentive will be offered to candidates from areas around Nangloi
