Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Direct Sales Executive to generate sales by meeting customers directly, promoting company products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers, dealers, distributors, and retail outlets regularly.
Promote and explain company products/services to customers.
Generate new business opportunities and increase sales.
Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit updates to reporting manager.
Follow company policies and reporting procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and delivery.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Required Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in field sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile reporting.
Strong convincing ability.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to travel as per business requirement.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in FMCG / Retail / Distribution sales preferred.
Must have a valid driving license (if applicable).
Knowledge of local market area is an advantage.
