We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at at Ppn Propmart Llp. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction for real estate residential projects.

• Generate and handle sales leads, conduct site visits and present residential projects to prospective clients.

• Understand client requirements, provide suitable property options and guide clients throughout the sales process.

• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective follow-up, negotiation and relationship management.

• coordinate with internal teams regarding bookings, documentation and payment collections.

Required Skills:

Min 1 years of sales experience in real estate sales, automobiles sales, finance/insurance or direct product sales. Candidates from other industry can also apply.

Candidates having knowledge of Fatehbad road, bodla bichpuri, shastripuram area will have an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.

Proficiency in MS office and good knowledge of social media tools.

Confident fresh graduates with good communication skills can also apply.
