Job Title: Sales Consultant – Two-Wheeler Showroom

Job Summary:

The Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing two-wheelers by understanding their needs, explaining product features, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheeler models

• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and finance/EMI options

• Arrange and conduct test rides for customers

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain customer database and follow up on leads and enquiries

• Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for quick deal closures

• Ensure proper documentation and billing process

• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally

• Keep updated knowledge of new models, offers, and competitors

• Maintain showroom display and ensure vehicles are presented well

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation ability

• Customer-focused approach

• Basic knowledge of two-wheeler vehicles

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Experience: 0–3 years in sales (Automobile sales preferred)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Monthly sales target achievement

• Conversion ratio (walk-ins to sales)

• Customer satisfaction score

• Follow-up effectiveness

Working Conditions:

• Retail showroom environment

• Weekend availability required (weekly off on weekdays)
