The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of jewellery products, delivering excellent customer service, and building long-term relationships with clients. The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewellery, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers as they enter the store

Understand customer preferences, budget, and occasion needs

Showcase jewellery collections (gold, diamond, silver, bridal, etc.)

Explain product details such as purity, weight, pricing, and certification

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash/UPI/card transactions

Ensure proper display and cleanliness of jewellery showcases

Stay updated on latest designs, trends, and offers

Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service support
