Perfect Communications is hiring a Sales Executive for its store in Model Town, Ludhiana. The role is primarily for counter sales and customer handling across mobile accessories, spare parts, folders, tools, and machine-related products. The candidate should be comfortable handling retail and wholesale customers, explaining products clearly, and supporting sales growth through strong communication and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in customers and wholesalers at the counter.
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
Handle sales for mobile accessories, spare parts, folders, tools, and related products.
Maintain product display, counter discipline, and stock awareness.
Support upselling and cross-selling to improve billing value.
Coordinate with the team for repeat customers and regular buyers.
Learn the product range properly and handle different store sectors after training and probation.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of mobile accessories, spare parts, or tools preferred.
Willingness to learn different product categories.
Trustworthy, responsible, and sales-oriented.
Able to work full-time from the store.

The candidate may be assigned to a specific counter after probation based on performance, skills, and business requirement.
