Job Purpose

To manage day-to-day kiosk operations, drive sales, provide excellent customer service, maintain product displays, and ensure smooth functioning of the kiosk while achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service

• Actively approach and engage customers visiting the kiosk.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.

• Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and new product launches.

• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

Kiosk Operations

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the kiosk.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professional appearance of the kiosk.

• Ensure proper merchandising and product display as per company guidelines.

• Open and close the kiosk as per operational requirements.

Billing & Cash Management

• Handle billing through POS systems.

• Process cash, card, UPI, and other digital transactions accurately.

• Maintain daily sales records and submit reports.

• Reconcile cash and sales at the end of each shift.

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.

• Receive and verify stock deliveries.

• Maintain stock records and report shortages or damages.

• Coordinate with supervisors for timely stock replenishment.

Customer Relationship Management

• Address customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.

• Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.

Compliance & Reporting

• Follow company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.

• Maintain attendance, shift discipline, and grooming standards.

• Submit daily sales, stock, and activity reports to the reporting manager.

• Ensure adherence to safety and security procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Experience: 0–3 years in Retail Sales, Counter Sales, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Kiosk Operations.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
