Job Description:

We are hiring Retail Sales Executives for leading consumer electronics products including TVs, Air Conditioners, and Air Coolers. The role involves customer interaction, product promotion, and achieving sales targets at retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products

Promote and sell consumer electronics (TVs, ACs, Coolers)

Explain product features, offers, and benefits clearly

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Maintain good customer relationships and store hygiene

Coordinate with store staff and supervisors

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: PUC and above

Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

Gender: Male & Female

Language: Kannada is mandatory

Basic communication and customer-handling skills

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹27,000 (in hand)

Freshers start from ₹17,000
