Candidate Requirements

• B.Com graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
  

• Typing speed of minimum 30 WPM.
  

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Lending or related sectors.
  

• Experience in SME, Supply Chain Finance or Business Loans will be preferred.
  

• Strong coordination and customer-handling skills.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Lending Manager in managing SME customers.
  

• Coordinate with customers, lenders, channel partners and internal teams.
  

• Collect, verify and maintain KYC, financial and business documents.
  

• Manage customer records, lead trackers and sales pipelines.
  

• Support business sourcing activities with field sales teams and channel partners.
  

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports.
  

• Coordinate loan login, documentation and processing activities.
  

• Track loan applications from login to sanction and disbursement.
  

• Coordinate with Credit, Operations and Underwriting teams.
  

• Monitor TATs and follow up on pending cases.
  

• Coordinate customer/platform onboarding and provide status updates.
  

• Resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow-up.
  

Preferred Profile:
Candidates with experience in SME Lending, Supply Chain Finance, Business/Commercial Loans or Loan Processing, along with strong Excel, MIS and coordination skills, will be preferred.
