Key Responsibilities:

 Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery items based on

their preferences and budget.

 Present and explain product features, materials, and pricing to customers.

 Maintain in-depth knowledge of the jewellery collections, new arrivals, offers,

and promotions.

 Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.

 Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate sales records.

 Ensure jewellery displays are clean, attractive, and properly arranged.

 Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service and follow-

ups.

 Assist in stock management.

 Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Skills:

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong customer service abilities.

 Basic knowledge of gold & diamond jewellery (training will be provided if

needed).

 Professional grooming and presentation.
